If you do NOT meet the requirements for being staff, you will be warned.

3 Warnings, and your banned.

If you LEECH you will receive 2 warnings, and then 1 warning for not following the requirements.

We should make it 2 weeks everytime they get denied so they will have to wait for 2 weeks to apply again.
